Parents who are helping to transport the scouts on Sunday will not be permitted to remain at the camp once the scouts have been discharged from the cars.

Families may visit with their scouts on Friday, July 27, beginning with dinner at 5:15 p.m. This is a good opportunity to see the camp and for those scouts who are first year campers, it is an opportunity to be a “tour guide” since they will have learned much about the camp during the week.

All scouts need to remain with the troop until Saturday morning for closing activities and campsite cleanup.

If you are interested in visiting on Friday, please download the reservation form and bring it and a check for the meal to the meeting tomorrow night. If you will not be in attendance tomorrow night, please email Mrs. Lueking with the number of people that will attend.
