Troop 2 will be doing a day trip to Jack Frost Mountain in White Haven, PA on Sunday March 3. This is a Scout Sunday which means significantly discounted rates across the board. We’ll need to have a minimum of 15 going to have the discounted rates.
We’ll be taking signups/payment in full tonight and next Thursday. The deadline is next Thursday, Feb. 28. Because we are not camping, there is no troop charge, it is only the fees charged by Jack Frost for lift ticket, rental, etc. We will also need parents who are willing to drive and of course enjoy the day on the slopes as well.
Please be aware that BSA and Troop 2 policy requires that all scouts wear a helmet while skiing/boarding. You can provide your own and it can be a bicycle style helmet, you are not required to spend the extra money. If you don’t have one, you may rent one from Jack Frost.
