Cooking at Walpine Farm

CookingIt’s time to get ready for our next camping trip coming up December 13 -15 at Walpine Farm in Landenberg PA. Please print, complete, and turn in the permission slip this Thursday night November 21 to Mr. Livingstone. We are not meeting next week so we need to know now how many are planning on attending.

We have camped at Walpine farm before for Scouting Skills (June 2013) and Youth Leader weekend (August 2013) so you may be familiar with the farm. Scouts will be working on Cooking skills and we may be selling Christmas Trees.

Look for more information in the weeks ahead. This will be a great weekend to have a campfire with skits and songs so please be prepared to participate. We may even get Eagle Scout Chris Reynolds to tell us a story! This is also a rare opportunity for winter camping, our Jan. and Feb. trips are not in tents. This should make Mr. Deakyne really happy.
